HealthierJC is a city-wide initiative dedicated to fostering healthier lifestyles and well-being across Jersey City. With a network of over 500 partners, HealthierJC connects community organizations, resources, and residents in their mission to promote collective health. They required an experienced design team with robust technical and creative capabilities to address their challenges—a convoluted, outdated website with no clear content structure. Our approach began by educating the client on the importance of a strong framework and effective data management. From there, we reimagined their website architecture, streamlined their content, and designed an intuitive, user-centric experience. Simultaneously, we undertook the extensive task of refactoring their 500+ entry database to ensure seamless functionality and accessibility.
