PENN 2, developed by Vornado, is a high-performance, mixed-use building located on one of New York City’s rare double-wide blocks. Situated above the most connected and active transit hub in the Western Hemisphere and adjacent to a pedestrian-only plaza, PENN 2 stands as a modern architectural icon. With extraordinary amenities—including expansive outdoor green spaces, vibrant retail and dining options, and unparalleled accessibility—this project required a digital experience that matched its physical innovation. Our team took on the challenge of creating a web design that would capture the essence of PENN 2’s sophistication and functionality. From showcasing its unique location and amenities to emphasizing its connectivity and tenant experience, we crafted a platform that seamlessly communicated the building’s high-performance ethos and appeal to its diverse audience.
